It is that time of the year again when I bicycle 500 miles in the Anchor House Ride for Runaways to raise money for the services that Anchor House provides for abused, runaway, homeless and at-risk youth. This year’s ride begins in Harrisonburg Virginia on July 12th and ends in Trenton on July 18, 2024. Every other year we alternate routes from the north and the south. I am hoping this year’s southern route, unlike many past southern rides, is cool and dog free.
