Training Rides are mostly for riders in the Classic Ride. Two of them are mandatory for new participants and certain veteran riders. The last is also the start of the Flex Ride, and Flex riders are invited to join in.

In addition to the minimum equipment/skills required to participate, we recommend that you bring:

• cell phone, charged, with Ride with GPS route of training ride, and area street map downloaded for offline use
• pumped-up tires
• bike computer
• biking gloves
• sunglasses
• mirror
• ID, $
