Why is your support needed as a Support and Gear (SAG) Sponsor?

Many support vehicles for the ride are volunteers' personal cars, while others must be rented. Fuel, rider nourishment, and supply costs for the week-long ride have increased, so we are seeking sponsors to help fund SAG expenses. We are looking for sponsors to help fund the various vehicles and activities in support of the riders.
 

• SAG Stops – Each day of the ride, there are three SAG Stops, about 20 miles apart along the route to provide nourishment to the riders. SAG volunteers restock these stops daily with items such as protein snacks, fruit, ice, water, and electrolyte drinks, and also refuel the vehicles used to transport the supplies and volunteers
• SAG Rovers – The Rovers travel along the route between each SAG Stop to ensure rider safety, The rovers will also provide water or help to the riders when needed.
• SAG Truck – An oversized truck is used to transport all the luggage and supplies to each hotel for 7 days. The truck crew unload supplies and provide snacks and water to the riders at the end of the ride day.

How will your SAG Sponsorship help the Anchor House Foundation?

Weekly expense for one SAG Stop can exceed $3,000. Your SAG Sponsorship will provide the supplies needed for the ride and enable riders and SAG volunteers to raise even more funds for Anchor House. This is such a wonderful opportunity to support such as important organization.

CHAMPION $5,000+

• Logo /Sponsor Name and Sponsorship Level recognition in the AHF Rede You Tube video
• Plaque with Sponsor Name and Sponsorship Level
• Recognition twice on the AHF social media platforms in one year (July - June)
• Logo / Sponsor Name Signage at the Ride event Kick off and Conclusion ceremonies

ENDURANCE $1,000+

• Prominent placement of Logo / Sponsor Name on the AHF website /event publications for three months (July - September)
• Logo /Sponsor Name and Sponsorship Level recognition in the AHF Rede You Tube video
• Certificate with Sponsor Name and Sponsorship Level
• Recognition once on the AHF social media platforms in one year (July)
