The House Where Healing Begins

This summer, July 11th-18th, I will embark on an extraordinary 500-mile bicycle journey, undeterred by rain or shine, to champion the cause of abused and homeless children in New Jersey and beyond. What will make this feat even more remarkable is that I will serve as crew on the historic tall ship Gazela for 6 weeks prior to the Ride for Runaways, promoting maritime apprenticeships and career opportunities for underprivileged youth. As I participate in my 11th year of this grueling cycling marathon, I am reminded that the challenges I face pale in comparison to the daily struggles of the children who seek refuge at Anchor House. My transformative journey on the Gazela will conclude on July 11th in Norfolk, VA, after which I will travel to Winchester, VA, to begin my bicycle trek back to New Jersey. Your unwavering support will empower Anchor House to continue being a beacon of hope, stability, and inspiration for countless young lives. My goal is to raise $2,000 to sustain the vital programs of emergency shelter, transitional initiatives for 18-20-year-olds, street-based counseling, and community education programs that Anchor House provides.
Please consider supporting me by making a tax-deductible donation toward my goal of $2,000 so that Anchor House can continue their mission to help children, teens, young adults and families.
Thank you in advance for your support. I truly appreciate your generosity. Together we can make a difference.
