This morning 8miles so I am past 300 miles. Right ankle still swollen.

Infortunately I injured both hands & right ankle so have to ride inside until these heal enough to be able to get bike gloves and shoes on. I guess God is giving me the full experience of our homeless teens except they don’t have the same healthcare

272.92 total. Temp was 96 , humidity in 70s. These teens live this.

Here is my proof. Thank God the D&R by scudderfalls bridge were cleared of fallen trees over the weekend.

260miles. Tomight will be the challenge. These teens are challenged every day, so I keep them in mind during my temporary discomfort

Todays ride, hot & humid. Stopped off at St James to encourage donations. Up to 234.71 miles.

Yesterday ride home, had to lift bike over fallen trees :(

Ad of this morning made it to 201 miles. This morning was tough with all of the trees down. Had to take off gear and carry bike over 2 trees on path to scuddefalls bike bridge. I notified gmtma.

96.2 miles so far Found a great mountain bike park nearby. On 100 foot climb, lost traction w foot in clips, timber. Hurt left knee. Doctor said to rest, but I heal fast. Will try exercise bike maybe Sunday. The clips are too tight.
