The many young people who are helped by Anchor House need our help. Anchor House offers a lifeline to youths in central New Jersey who are in very difficult circumstances -- runaways, homeless, abused or neglected. It runs seven different programs to assist boys and girls ranging in age from very young children to teenagers. Anchor House provides them with a place to live, clothing, food, life skills and educational services, counseling and crisis intervention programs.

The Ride for Runaways is the primary fundraiser for Anchor House. The pledges raised from the ride are essential in enabling Anchor House to continue providing much needed assistance to young people in need. Anchor House's need for our support is as great as ever this year.

This will be the 24th time I have done the ride. I keep returning to do the ride because I believe strongly in the work that Anchor House does for young people. By supporting Anchor House, you can help offer the promise of a brighter tomorrow to the many kids and their families whose lives Anchor House has touched. I deeply appreciate your generosity, as do all those associated with Anchor House.
