Everyone will be notified in mid-March of acceptance to the 47th Ride for Runaways. At that time, your participant page will be activated and your fundraising can begin.

*By checking the "Agree to waiver" box below, I acknowledge that bicycling, walking and running involve risks and dangers and that unanticipated and unexpected hazards may arise and I assume all risk of injury to my person and property that may be sustained in connection with the Anchor House Ride for Runaways.

I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and representatives, release and absolve the Anchor House Foundation, any sponsors for the Ride for Runaways and any participants in the Ride for Runaways, including their respective officers, employees and agents, from all liability, claims, and causes of action of any sort, for any injury or damage sustained to my person or my property due to the negligence, carelessness or any other fault of the Anchor House Foundation, Inc., the sponsors and participants.

I hereby consent to and permit emergency treatment in the event of injury or illness while participating in the Classic Ride. I also hereby give permission to Anchor House Foundation to use my name or image by way of a photograph, video or audio format taken of me during the event in any promotional materials, publications or any other electronic media in addition to disclosing my name on Anchor House Foundation’s Web site, which includes online pledging.

I warrant that I am in good physical condition. I have no disabilities that will affect my ability to ride or walk. When cycling, I agree to wear a helmet that is less than 5 years old and to the best of my knowledge has never been involved in an impact. It must also meet the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standard, securely fastened while riding outdoors on the Ride for Runaways sanctioned events which includes training rides. I am competent to ride safely and I agree to obey all laws of the states in which I ride and adhere to safety guidelines established by Anchor House.

I commit to raising or paying the minimum donation for my challenge on or before: Bike Loading day for Classic Ride; last day for Flex Ride and Flex Walk-Run.

I verify that all submitted information is accurate and valid. I will respect the good reputation of Anchor House and will behave in a way that reflects well upon Anchor House and the Ride. I understand that if I choose not to follow the rules of the road or if I engage in any behavior that reflects poorly on Anchor House, I can be removed from the Ride at any time.
